Collective exhibition: architect´s engravings.

From may 31^st till july 2^nd

Through the works of such relevant artists as Juan Navarro Baldeweg, acclaimed author

both as a painter and architect, or Sigfrido Martín Begué young author who left

us only last year,  the image of the architect as artist is restored. An accurate and constant

image through all times and cultures.

Buit space as the content meeting place of the arts and them in turn as builders and

interpreters of spaces, livable or not, possible or impossible, accesible only through

sensibility, are themes of affection for Material Galería. Materiality also as equilibrium

and gravity of concept and ideation.

The set of engravings shown illustrate the activity of the best architects - artists of the second

half of the twentieth century in Spain, many of which fortunately carry on today. Illustrative

of the most significant conceptual moments of this period, but also of the becoming of the

architectural theory which many of them led.
